Limited Traditional Solutions

Elsewhere, there are SSH or SFTP based transfer solutions. These solutions are reliable and guarantee high-security levels. However, handling and implementing them can turn out to be quite complex.

- Files sent via SSH:complex to implement and demand specialized resources.

Kronos SecureFileTransfer uses the Internet to transfer secure files that are guaranteed by SSL geotrust security certificates. This product is extremely easy to use and can be launched through a simple Web browser.
If you are waiting to receive an important file, the system will send an email to the sender indicating the steps needed to be taken to initialize the transfer. Once the transfer is completed, you will automatically be notified by email.
If, however, you wish to send a file securely, SecureFileTransfer allows you to post a file in a secure zone and send information to the recipient with instructions on how to complete the file download. You can even restrict access to the file with a password.

To begin your trial, you must be a Kronos Web user. A free trial-version with no time limit is already available in each of your Kronos Web accounts. This version allows you to make up to five secure transfers per month and discover the numerous benefits that this product offers.
The service is currently in Beta mode and is accessible to only a small number of our customers. Official launching will be in Fall 2008.
