How SecureMail Works

Step 1: Send your email messages with SecureMail

Create your new message. Click on "Send by SecureMail". A dialog box will appear giving you a series of options to configure, such as:

• Password protection
• Read notice and unread notice
• Expiry date, etc.

Step 2: Reception of SecureMail message

The recipient informed that a new message was sent to him/her by SecureMail. This message contains a link allowing the message content to be displayed; a password may be needed to open the message. You will receive a read notice.

Step 3: Recipient's Response

The recipient may readily respond to your message. The response is protected and will never pass through public servers. The confidentiality of the message is thus maintained both ways.
