Software Architecture

Security is an essential part of our programming procedure. Technologies being used have been chosen with care. All developers have been trained to adopt secure development methods.

Data Center

Servers are hosted by Peer1 data centers. These data centers have redundant and extremely secure infrastructures that protect data and assure that your system is up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your data is encrypted and saved on servers located several hundred miles away.

Data Safeguard

We save your data in different locations on a daily, weekly and bi-weekly basis to protect you from the unexpected catastrophe.

SSL Security

All information that is sent either to or from our servers has been encrypted by a trusted 128-bit encryption. This is the same encryption level that banks use.

Protecting Your Account

Kronos Web's access and operations management are protected by very sophisticated mechanisms. For example, if an account is blocked, the web administrator is advised immediately after three failed connection attempts. The password security level is also indicated. Lastly, frequently used attacks, such as online identity theft or session hijacking, are methodically detected.

Multi-Level Security Between Users

Administrators may authorize access by user or module depending upon what has been authorized to read, write, or delete. For example, you may grant access to user A allowing him/her to read user B's agenda. The possibilities are endless.
